I started seeing Jacquie as I had been suffering with depression and anxiety for most of my life. I was highly medicated on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety tablets and I was at my end point. I needed help but didn’t believe that life could get better for me and it was pointless. I had tried therapy before with the NHS and I didn’t have a good experience so I was apprehensive to Try again with Jacquie and it ended up being the best decision I could have ever made.Taylor
I spent two years having weekly sessions with Jacquie and as hard as it can be to work on yourself she helped me through more than I even knew was possible. I always felt safe, heard and understood. She really cares for her patients and is incredible at what she does. I am now in the best place I have ever been and the best version of myself. I have learnt so much about myself along the way, found new passions and a love for life. I am so grateful that I found Jacquie and as much as you need to want to work hard to get better I wouldn’t have been able to do it without such an amazing woman. Thank you Jacquie, I will always be so grateful for you.
Truly so grateful for this new gift of life you have helped me achieve, my future husband is also so grateful to you. He says a big thank you for all of your help. When I left your home after our last session I sent him this photo and he was so proud lol! Take care xxx
I recently spoke to my solicitor and she told me that in 50 years of her being a solicitor working in family law, mine was the most horrendous case she has dealt with. She told me my case stretched over 7 lever arch files of court paperwork.
I came to you in a mess, too much stress and stuff going on which was making me feel hopeless, confused and exhausted.
You helped me to see the important and crucial things as to keep my mind calm and clear as much as I could. Push out negative thoughts, other techniques you showed me which absolutely helped me were the deep breathing exercises. Just dropping my arms by my side when sitting down, just felt like to stress of the situation flowed down my arms and out of my body. And off course guided mediation, which absolutely helps me to calm my head and keep me steady, which I find myself telling other people who come my way feeling stressed to do.
You advised me to celebrate small successes along the way which I would have never done before. You helped me to take myself to places “which were bigger than me. To this day I drive my car home the long way so I can see the beach at Lee on the Solent which helps just helps bring calm and things into perspective.
Through our conversations we spoke a lot about my relationship with the most important person in my life, my daughter Sophie. I have just come back from visiting her in Canterbury as she is at university; our relationship has absolutely grown stronger over the last two years with your advice and finally “getting rid of my problems”
I cannot wait to send her that text saying I have got us a home. Nobody is going to take that away again, I love her so much.
Along the journey you asked me how I coped, I said having my parents take me in, in my time of need was everything. Of course that gave me a roof over my head, a bed to sleep in, a hot shower to wash my troubles away…..
I could not have done it without 4 Rocks!!!
My mum and dad, My solicitor and you Jacquie.
I cannot thank you enough for all your help.
You were here when I needed someone to talk too.
Thank you for everything!!!N R
